Transportation

I specialize in guided walking tours of Jerusalem. Taxis may be used if needed.
For tours outside of Jerusalem, I can:

• Join you in your rental car

• Help arrange a trusted private driver (with advance notice and an additional fee)

I’m happy to assist with travel arrangements or recommend reliable rental companies.

Pricing

Tour price does not include entrance fees to sites.
Entrance fees will be calculated at the time of booking, based on the number of participants and sites chosen.

Group Size

Your tours is private and tailored to your needs. To maintain it personal and enjoyable, it’s important that:

• The group size must remain as agreed upon in advance.

• If you'd like to add friends or family members, please inform me ahead of time.

• For groups over 10 people, a higher rate applies to accommodate planning and logistics.
  This helps me plan the day properly and ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
  

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Tour:
To reserve your tour, simply reach out through the contact form or email. I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to secure your preferred date.

Payments & Deposits:
A deposit through PayPal may be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the tour.

Cancellations:
Your flexibility is important to me. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• Cancellations made up to 8 days before the tour will receive a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days before the tour the deposit is non- refundable.
  

Extreme weather & unforeseen events:
In extreme weather or if unforeseen events occur, we’ll adjust the plan together or reschedule if needed.
In cases of unforeseen events (such as natural disasters or extreme government actions) cancellations will be fully refunded with no fees applied.

Tour details

Languages:
I guide tours in English, French and Hebrew.

Duration:
Each tour has it’s own duration time. However, a full-day tours is typically 8 hours, Half-day tours around 4 hours.
Additional time can be arranged for an hourly rate.

Accessibility:
Israels landscapes include uneven stone paths, stairs, and hills.
If anyone has mobility concerns or special needs, please let me know in advance — I’m happy to adjust the pace, route, and itinerary to ensure everyone feels safe and included.

Your safety and enjoyment are my top priorities, and I’ll do everything I can to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. That said, please note that participants are responsible for their own personal well-being during the tour, including while walking, entering sites, or using any transportation.

I cannot be held liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or property damage during the tour.
